The shield is not appearing
Open Settings › Screen Time and check that First is allowed. If you declined the permission once, iOS will not ask again on its own; grant it there, then reopen First. Also check that at least one app is chosen under Settings › Protected inside First.
My apps are still locked after the time ran out
Open First. Every time it comes to the front it re-checks the clock and fixes the shields. If an unlock you earned did not take, the home screen shows "Unlock now"; your reading is already counted.
Restoring First Pro
In First, open Settings › First Pro, then tap "Restore purchases", signed in with the Apple Account that bought it. Refunds are requested from Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com.
Turning First off or removing it
Settings › "Turn off First" removes every shield and keeps your readings. If the 24-hour cooldown is on, it turns off a day later and you can cancel the wait. "Erase everything" deletes your readings and answers as well. Deleting the app removes what is left.
