These are the terms for First: Seek Before You Scroll (the app) and firstdaily.app (the site). Using either means you accept them.
What First is
First is a tool you configure yourself to hold back apps you choose until you have read a passage of Scripture. It is not a parental-control product, not a security product, and not medical or pastoral advice. Shields depend on Apple's Screen Time technology and on the permission you grant; if that permission is withdrawn or the system does not deliver an event, an app may open or close later than expected. Do not rely on First for anything where that would cause harm.
First Pro
Blocking and the daily reading are free. First Pro (the Bible-in-a-year plan, reading a book in order, and the dashboards) is sold by Apple as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and restores are handled by Apple underApple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app. If these terms and that agreement disagree, Apple's agreement wins.
Scripture
The text is the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. Highlights and notes you make are yours and stay on your device.

First is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
